摘要
通过2003年在全疆地州市站进行的环境监测技术人员上岗证考核及对考核工作中所暴露出的技术、人员素质及监测能力等方面的问题进行了认真总结与分析,系统客观的反映了当前新疆环境监测系统的技术现状、所面临的主要问题,并就今后应如何进一步加强监测网络建设提出一些设想及建议。
Current status of Xinjiang environmental monitoring and major problems are summarized and analysed through checking environmental monitoring technologists of each profeare and region some ideas and suggestions are put forward to strengthen monitoring network construction.
