摘要
扼要介绍了和车载导航产品有关的数字地图格式以及它们的作用,其中包括地图交换格式GDF4.0,介质存储格式Kiwi、SDAL,同时介绍了我国采用数字地图格式的现状和作者对标准制定的意见。
This paper brifely introduces the format of geo—spatial data for in-car navigation, including data exchange format defined in Geographic Data File (GDF) version 4.0, media specification Kiwi proposed by KIWI-W Consortium, and SDAL defined by Nav Tech Co. The roles of these formats are analyzed. The state of the art of navigable geo-spatial data development in China are introduced. And some suggestions for data standardization are also proposed in the paper.
