摘要
介绍了信息系统工程监理的总体目标与体系构成,阐述了体系中各子目标之间的含义及其关系,并给出了一个对目标体系进行分解的过程架构。
In the information system projectoutsourcing, the relational governance by a independent thirdparty is thought to be a key successful factor for the project.As a important issue, however, the relational governanceobjectives hasn't been detailed studied . This paper is aimedto conceptually contribute to the understanding of IS project'srelational governance objectives by introducing a framework,which is used to demonstrate the types of the objectives andthe relationship between them . Furthermore, as a good case,a leveled framework is given out in the context of a processmodel inherited from COBIT.
