摘要
目的 :分离鉴定竹叶兰中的化学成分。方法 :用乙醇提取 ,硅胶、SephadexLH 2 0及ODS柱色谱分离 ,用UV ,IR ,NMR和MS等波谱方法确定结构。结果 :分得 5个化合物 ,分别为反式 2 丙烯酸 ,3 (4 羟基 3 甲氧基苯基 ) 二十二烷酯 [(2E) ,2 propenoicacid ,3 (4 hydroxy 3 methoxyphenyl) decosylesterⅠ ]、对羟基苯甲醇 (p hydroxybenzylalcoholⅡ )、三十烷醇 (triacontanolⅢ )、对羟基苄乙基醚 (p hydroxybenzylethyletherⅣ )、3 羟基 5甲氧基联苄 (3 hydrox y 5 methoxybibenzylⅤ )。结论 :5个化合物均为首次从竹叶兰属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To isolate and elucidate the chemical constituents from the tuber of Arundina graminifolia . Method: The compounds were extracted by 95% alcohol and isolated by column chromatography on silica gel,SephedaxLH-20 and ODS. The structures were determined by UV,IR,NMR and MS spectral analysis. Result: Five compounds were isolated,and their structrues were identified as(2 E )-,2-propenoic acid,3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-decosyl ester (Ⅰ),p -hydroxybenzyl alcohol(Ⅱ),triacontanol(Ⅲ)and p -hydroxybenzylethyl ether(Ⅳ),3-hydroxy-5-methoxybibenzyl(Ⅴ),respectively. Conclusion: All compounds were isolated from the genus of Arundina for the first time.
