摘要 本试验设立了4个遮荫梯度(0%、25%、45%、75%的全光照被过滤),2种野生假俭草居群(峨眉、雅安)来研究遮荫对植物叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:经过短期遮荫,植物叶绿素a、b的含量增加,叶绿紊a/b的值降低。植物在适应长期的遮荫后,叶绿素a/ba的值增加,而叶绿素a、b的含量则下降。 Underling four levels of shade stress (0%, 25%, 45%, 75% of full sunlight was filtered), Two wild populations of entipedegrass (Emei, Ya'an ) was used to study the effect of shade stress to chlorophyll contents. Result indicate: After short-term shading stress, the contents of chlorophyll a, b increased, but the rate of chlorophyll a/b decreased. Nevertheless, thought long-term shade stress, shade acclimated plant has increased rate of a/b, but decreased contents of chlorophyll a, b.
