摘要
科普、科学和科学素养是科学文化时代重要的知识体系、价值体系和实践内容,对一个国家、民族以及每个个体的综合素质都将产生深刻影响,因此,正确诠释与理解它们的内含、它们之间的相互关系是一项重要的工作。
Science popularization, science and scientific literacy are the important contents of modern knowledge, value and practice system, they will affect the synthesized quality deeply to each country, nationality and individual. So how to explain and understand their meanings and the relationship among them is an important task.
