摘要
吴鞠通《温病条辨·解儿难》对疳疾的论治文短义深,所提治疳九妙法蕴藏着深奥的学术思想。本文从脾胃学说、升降出入学说、营卫学说等方面进行了阐发,以期能发掘其学术渊薮,指导学术研究及临床实践。
The book, 'Treatise on Differentiation and Treatment. of Epidemic Febrile Diseases: Explaining Diffi- cult Point in Paediatrics', written by Wu Jutong is so concise and comprehensive on discussion about Treatment of Infan- tile malnutrition. In the book he Suggested nine wonderful ways of treating infantile malnutrition which treasure profound academic thoughts. This paper expounds Wu's viewpoints on the theory of the spleen and the stomach, the theory of func- tional activities of Qi which manifested as ascending, descending, exiting and entering, the theory of defenoion Qi and nour- ishing Qi and so on, in order to explore its academid source and to instruct academic studies and clinical practice.
