摘要 详实阐述了对国产加氢转化脱有机硫(HDS)Mo-Co/r-Al2O3催化剂载体r-Al2O3进行改进的结构机理。采用"并流中和法"制得了低钠、低表观密度的拟薄水铝石("假~水"晶相)原料,添加适当助剂,制备出高强度、低表观密度的r-Al2O3载体,大大提高了中孔的比率。使用新型载体制备的HDS催化剂,其有机硫转化活性达99%。 The improvements of HDS catalyst carrier r-Al_2O_3 were detailed described in this paper.First,the raw material pseudo-boehmite with low sodium content and low bulk density can be prepared by neutralization,then the auxiliary agent is added,the r-Al_2O_3 carrier with high strength and low bulk density can be obtained.The carrier improved possesses large proportion of medium pore and the Mo-Co/r-Al_2O_3 HDS catalyst with such r-Al_2O_3 carrier has the activity of 99% for the convertion of organic sulfur.
