摘要
高校图书馆外文期刊利用率低的原因主要是 :外文期刊订购经费不足 ;外文期刊管理工作人员素质待提高 ;外文期刊宣传工作做得不够 ;外文期刊订购传统化、单一化。针对以上情况 ,提出了提高外文期刊利用率的对策。
The main causes for the low utilization ration of foreign periodicals in university libraries are as follows. The subscription fund is insufficient. The level of efficiency of the staff needs improving. Propaganda is not enough. The subscription is still confined to the traditional periodicals. Some suggestions and advice will be given in this article.
