摘要
以一氯乙酸甲酯和甲硫醇钠为原料,在相转移催化剂四甲基溴化铵的作用下,在45~50℃下反应40min合成了甲硫基乙酸甲酯,产率为78.5%,采用红外光谱和气质联用对其进行了结构确定。该方法工艺简单,条件温和,反应时间短,易于工业化。
Methyl(methylthio) acetate was prepared by the reaction of methyl chloroacetate with sodium methanethiolate in the presence of phase tranfer catalyst of tetramethyl ammonium bromide. The molar ratio of sodium methanethiolate and methyl chloroacetate was 1.2 to 1, and the reaction last 40min at 45~50℃. The yield of methyl (methylthio) acetate was 78.5%. Finally the structure of the product was confirmed by IR and GC-MS.The route adopted in the paper was simple,and the employed materials could be obtained easily.
