摘要
21世纪是中国基础教育彻底变革的时代,也是世界范围内教育技术飞速发展的时期,中国实施的课程改革正经受着教育技术的强烈冲击和影响。因此,改革的视野和立意应该从"学习过程"和"教学资源"有机结合的角度,全方位探讨教育技术与课程整合的途径和方法,实现用信息时代的教育理念引领课程改革实践,赋予教育技术以信息时代的内涵。
In the 21st century, the times of complete transformation in China's basic education, also the period of globally rapid development in educational technology, China is undertaking a strong impact of educational technology in its course reforms. Therefore, we should exam the horizon and idea of reforms from the perspective of the combination between 'learning process' and 'teaching resources,' and probe the approaches and ways to the combination in an all-round way, execute reform practices in the light of information education concepts, and endow educational technology with connotations of information era.
