摘要
目的制备盐酸氨溴索药物树脂复合物并对其体外释药动力学进行考察。方法以静态 ,动态交换法制备了盐酸氨溴索药物树脂复合物并对盐酸氨溴索药物树脂在不同溶出介质 (去离子水、0 1 5mol·L-1NaCl、1mol·L-1NaCl和 0 1 5mol·L-1HCl以及 0 1 5mol·L-1KCl溶液 )中的释药动力学进行了考察。结果体外释药动力学研究表明 ,盐酸氨溴索药物树脂的释药速率随着树脂粒径的减小 ,溶出介质中离子强度的增大 ,温度的升高而加快 ,且释药速率与反离子种类有关。结论盐酸氨溴索药物树脂的释药速率与树脂粒径 ,溶出介质的离子强度 ,反离子种类 ,温度有关。
Objective To prepare the ambroxol hydrochloride resinates and study the release kinetics of the drug-resinate in vitro.Methods The drug-resinates were made by the bath method and column method. The drug release kinetics were also investigated in different releasing mediums(deionic water,0.15 mol·L-1 NaCl,1 mol·L-1 NaCl and 0.15mol·L-1 HCl and 0.15 mol·L-1 KCl).Results It was shown that the release rate increased with the minishing of the particle sizes of resinates,the increase of the ionic strength of the release mediums and the rise in temperature.And the release rate changed with the counter-ion type.Conclusions The release rate of the drug-resinates is correlated with the particle sizes of resinates, ionic strength of the release mediums, the type of counter-ion and the temperature.
