摘要
采用间接电合成法以Ce4+/Ce3+为媒质,在高剪切混合乳化机搅拌下对Ce4+氧化对甲基苯甲醚合成茴香醛进行了中试研究。结果表明,Ce4+电解收率83 4%,茴香醛单程反应收率88 8%;使用后的媒质再生循环使用,无三废排放。
The pilot-plant test showed that the Ce^(3+) sulphuric acid solution was electrooxidized to Ce^(4+) in an electrolytic cell with a membrane.The Ce^(4+) solution was mixed with p-methoxytoluene to produce anisaldehyde in the emulsifying stirrer.Purified mother liquid returned to a cell to be used cyclically without pollution.The electrolytic yield of Ce^(4+) was 83.4%.The reaction yield of anisaldehyde was 88.8%.
