摘要
叙述了钼酸铵生产中,钾在酸洗、氨浸、净化和酸沉等工艺过程中保留量的试验,试验得出较佳工艺条件为:净化液含钾为0.1498g/L、0.2483g/L、0.3540g/L、0.4540g/L、0.5483g/L时,产品中钾含量相应为0.0160%、0.0255%、0.0287%、0.0351%、0.0410%,并进行了高钾钼酸铵的生产实践,取得了满意效果,满足了用户对高钾钼酸铵的要求。
In the technologic processing of acid cleaning,ammonia pickling,purifying and acid sediment of ammonium molybdate,the testing of reserve of potassium(k) was presented.The best process conditions is :when the content of potassium in purifying are 0.1498 g/L,(0.2483) g/L(0.3540) g/L(0.4540) g/L(0.5483) g/L, the content of potassium in product are as fo llows:(0.0160)%(0.0255%)(0.0287%)(0.0351%)(0.0410%).After the production practice of ammomium molybdate,and get satisfaction effect.It meet customer's needs about high content of potassium in ammonium molybdate.
