摘要
对硝基苯乙腈是药物合成的中间体,该化合物的合成采用以苯乙腈为原料,以多聚磷酸作为定位催化剂,与混酸在室温条件下反应时间为2h,对硝基苯乙腈的产率达65 95%,该合成法具有一定的工业应用前景。
p -Nitrobenzylcyanide is the intermediate of medical synthesis.This compound takes benzylcyanide as raw material using poly-phosphoric acid(PPA) as orientation catalyst,and mixture of HNO_3 and H_2SO_4 under the condition of room temperature reacted 2 h.The yield of p -Nitrobenzylcyanide can reach 65.95%.The new technology synthesis of this compound has new prospects for medico-industries.
