摘要
利用正交试验的方法对印染废水的混凝处理最佳试验条件进行了研究。通过聚合氯化铝铁 (PAFC)和助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺 (PAM)对印染废水处理效果的研究 ,证实表明 :在溶液pH值为 5 ,PAFC投加量为 70 0mg/L ,PAM的用量为 4mg/L ,温度为 2 0℃ ,搅拌时间为 5min时 ,对印染废水处理得到较为满意的效果 ,COD的去除率为86 2 % ,经处理后水的透光率可达 88 6 %。
This paper presents the investigation of the optimal parameters of coagulant textile printing wastewater treatment with PAFC as coagulant and PAM as coagulant aid by orthogonal process.Points out under the condition of pH 5,PAFC dosage of 700mg/L,PAM dosage of 4mg/L,the temperature of coagulant of 20℃,the stirring time of 5 min,the best result is obtained.The result is showed removal rate of COD over 86.2% and the translucent rate of wastewater over 88.6%.
