摘要
采用元素高分子树脂、特制的铝绝缘搪瓷釉及聚酰亚胺为主要成膜物 ,制成综合性能优良的铝用高温绝缘涂料 ,具有较高的耐热性 ,又保持了良好的电绝缘性和与铝材匹配好等优点。其制备技术路线合理 ,配制工艺简单 ,涂料施工方法简便 。
Using resin,enamel glaze for aluminum insulation coating and polyimide as film forming material,high temperature insulation coating for aluminum was prepared,it was featured of insulativity fire resisting properties and perfect match with aluminum.The process was rational,simple with worth to spread.
