摘要
采用SpherisorbC18色谱柱,以甲醇 水(95:5)为流动相,流速1 0ml.min 1,254nm为检测波长,建立测定1,1,3 三甲基 3 苯基茚满的高效液相色谱法。进样量在1 6~32μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998)。回收率在98%~102%,RSD不大于0.73%。方法操作简单,分析快速、准确,适用于1,1,3 三甲基 3 苯基茚满的质量控制分析。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of 1,1,3-trimethyl-3-phenylindane.The HPLC system consisted of Spherisorb C_(18) column (250?mm~4.6?mm 5?μm), methanol-water(95∶5 v/v) mixture as mobile phase, with detection at 254?nm, flow rate 1.0?mL·min^(-1) and column temperature at room temperature.The linear range is 1.6~32.0?μg (r=0.9998). The average recovery is 98%~102%, RSD in 0.73%. The method is simple, quick and accurate, suitable for the quality control of 1,1,3-trimethyl-3-phenyindane.
