摘要
以尼龙11单体生产中的副产品10-溴代十一酸为原料合成了10-氨基十一酸。由IR和1HNMR确定了产物的结构。考察了反应时间、反应温度、原料配比、氨水浓度、蒸氨工艺条件等因素对产率的影响。优化了合成10-氨基十一酸的工艺条件。
10-Aminoundecanic acid is synthesized with 10-bromoundecanoic acid,a by-product in the production of nylon 11,as raw material. The structure of the product is characterized by IR and^1H NMR. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, molar ratio of materials, concentration of ammonia water, process conditions of evaporation of ammonia etc. on the yield of the product are investigated. The optimal conditions of process is obtained.
