摘要
为培养创新型和应用型复合人才,中南大学湘雅医院开展了系列教学改革活动,提高了临床教师的教学意识和创新意识,取得了初步成效.实践证明创新思维和素质教育是临床教学的精髓,而教育研究和教学改革则是临床创新教育的基础.
In order to cultivate innovative and applying type of medical talents with all-round abilities, Xiangya Hospital of Central South University carried out a series of teaching reforms, which improved clinical teachers' sense of teaching and innovation, and consequently achieved preliminary success. The practice has proved that innovative thinking and quality education are the essence of clinical teaching, and educational research and reform are the foundation of clinical innovation-oriented education.
