摘要
利用激光直接成形技术 ,采用 5kW连续CO2 激光器对镍基合金和钴基合金粉末进行单道涂覆烧结试验 ,得到表面平整、组织细密的、无缺陷的激光涂覆层 ,利用扫描电镜和显微硬度计对其微观组织及硬度分布进行了分析和测试 ,并结合凝固理论 ,探讨了激光涂覆层显微组织特征。
Laser sintering Ni-based and Co-based alloy powder with 5kW continuous wave CO 2 laser was tested in this paper.A cladding layer with smooth surface and fine microstructure was gained.Microstructures and microhardness of the sintering layers were tested by means of SEM and microhardness tester respectively.Based on the laser cladding experiment and solidification theory,the solidification feature and solidification microstructure controlled during rapid solidification was analyzed and discussed.
