摘要
通过膨化率的测量 ,得到了长纤维增强PP GMT片材最佳膨化时间为 8min ;考察了玻纤含量、空隙率、玻纤长度及毡结构对PP GMT片材膨化的影响 ,结果发现 ,随着玻纤含量增加和空隙率减小 ,片材的膨化率提高 ;玻纤长度和毡的结构对膨化影响显著 ,玻纤长度为 18mm的短切毡膨化性能最佳 ;在此基础上 ,对长纤维增强的PP GMT片材的膨化机理进行了初步的推理。
By measuring lofting rates at a certain interval,the optimal lofting time of long fiber reinforced PP-GMT was referred as 8 minutes.Many factors such as contents of glass fiber, length of glass fiber, void of the material and structure of mat on lofting were investigated. Results showed that with increasing contents of glass fiber and decreasing of void of the material, lofting rate of such kind of material rose; both the length of the glass fiber and the structure of the mat had a distinct effect on lofting,and the experiment tested that the PP-GMT reinforced with 18 mm short chopped glass fiber had the best lofting behavior.The lofting mechanism for long fiber reinforced PP-GMT was then deduced.
