摘要
在玻璃衬底上,用三源蒸发法沉积CuInSe_2薄膜,真空蒸发CdS薄膜制得CdS/CuInSe_2太阳电池。效率达5.44％,文中报道了具体的工艺过程,对电池特性作了讨论。
The CdS/CuInSe_solar cells have been fabricated on glass substratesby thtree sources vacuum depositing CuInSe_2films and vacuum depositingCds film. the efficency of the solar cell is 5.44%. the detailprocesses have been reported in the paper, the performance of thesolar cell as been disscused.
