油菜组织培养中马铃薯汁、活性碳和水解酪蛋白对玻化作用的影响 被引量:1

INFLUENCE OF POTATO JUICE AND CASEIN HYDROLYSATE ON VITRIFICATION IN OIL RAPE TISSUE CULTURE

摘要 本文以甘蓝型油菜为材料研究了马铃薯汁、活性碳和水解酪蛋白对玻化作用的影响,发现30g/l马铃薯汁或3g/l活性碳对防治玻化苗有良好效果,讨论了马铃薯汁和活性碳防治玻化苗的可能作用机制。 In this paper we have studiecl the effects of potuto juice,charcoal and casein hydrolysate on vitrification in Brassica napus tissue culture, and discovered that medium supplementecl with 30g/1 potato juice or 3g/1 charcoal curt prevent or reverse vitrification effectively. The authors suggest that potato juice can prevent vitrification because it can reduce probably the matric potential of medium, incrase the aciclic buffering capacity of medium, has an inhibitory effect on plant gromth and contains rich nutrients, and charcoal can reverse vitrification is probably because it can absorb some harmful substances, some nutrients and hormones in medium.
