摘要
目的 :观察氧化铝生物陶瓷材料的细胞相容性。方法 :选用 Wistar乳鼠颅顶骨成骨细胞 ,采用体外细胞培养方法 ,将细胞接种于氧化铝生物陶瓷材料表面后 ,分别观察 1、7、1 4、2 1、2 8d时细胞在材料表面的附着、增殖情况 ,采用 SEM观察细胞在材料表面的形态变化 ,并且对 2 8d内细胞的碱性磷酸酶活性进行检测。结果 :成骨细胞在材料表面的细胞增殖数与对照组间差异无显著性 ,细胞在材料表面伸展良好 ,粘附牢固 ,并具有良好的细胞形态及增殖率 ,碱性磷酸酶活性逐渐增加。结论
Objective: To evaluate the cytocompatibility of alumina ceramics in vitro. Methods: Primary osteoblast culture was established from rat calvaria. Cell adherence and proliferate on alumina ceramics were examined in 1,7,14,21,28 d,respectively. Morphology of the cells was observed by scanning electron microscopy and alkaline phosphatase activity was measured. Results: Osteoblast proliferate on alumina ceramics was similar to that on tissue culture borosilicate glass controls. Osteoblasts could attach, spread and proliferate on alumina ceramics. The alkaline phosphatase activity of the cells increased with the time. Conclusion: Alumina ceramics supports the growth and differentiation of osteoblasted in vitro.
