摘要
目的 :探讨交感神经系统调节辐射所致免疫功能变化的分子机制。方法 :采用斑点印迹杂交检测 X射线全身照射后小鼠胸腺中 DβH m RNA及 β2 - ARm RNA表达的变化。结果 :无论75 m Gy还是 2 Gy X射线全身照射后 8、48和 72 h,小鼠胸腺中 DβH m RNA表达较对照组升高约5 0 %~ 60 % ,β2 - AR m RNA表达较对照组也有升高趋势。结论 :X射线全身照射可诱导 DβHm RNA及β2 - AR m RNA的表达 ,提示交感神经系统是通过直接和间接两种方式对免疫系统进行调节 ,并在辐射生物效应中起到不可忽视的调节作用。
Objective: To explore the molecular mechanism of regulation of sympathetic nervous system in the changes of immunization induced by radiation. Methods: Dot blot was used to analyze DβH mRNA and β 2 AR mRNA expressions in thymus in mice after whole body irradiation. Results: The expressions of DβH mRNA in thymus in mice increased greatly after 75 mGy and 2Gy whole body irradiation. The expressions of β 2 AR mRNA in thymus in mice has a increasing tendency after 75 mGy and 2 Gy whole body irradiation. Conclusion: These suggested that sympathetic nervous system may play an important regulatory role in the irradiation effect.
