超声诊断小肠恶性淋巴瘤1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者,女,51岁.3个月前无诱因出现下腹胀痛,呈阵发性,始于左上腹.在当地医院诊为"胃炎"给予药物治疗,效果欠佳;近2月月经量明显减少,周期不变,体重明显下降,故来院就诊.查体:一般状况可,心肺(-).肝脾肋下未触及.下腹膨隆,可扪及一巨大包块,上极平脐下二指,质硬,活动可,压痛,无移动性浊音.妇科检查:子宫水平位,2月妊娠大小,表面不光滑.右附件区触及一囊实包块,约11 cm×10 cm×9 cm;有压痛,可活动,与子宫不易分开;左附件区正常.宫颈涂片Ⅰ级.
