摘要 目的 调查肾移植术后医院感染的相关因素。方法 分析 10 0例肾移植患者术后感染情况及危险因素。结果 有 80 %患者术后早期均发生了不同程度的多部位感染 ,主要病原菌为真菌、金葡菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、克雷伯菌等共 2 8种 137株 ,而感染主要与免疫抑制药物、反复多次介入操作、手术创伤以及抗生素不合理使用是肾移植术后感染和患者死亡的主要原因。结论 综合性预防及合理使用抗生素是确保移植肾成功的重要因素之一。 Objective:To survey relative factors for nosocomial infection after renal transplantation.Methods: Postoperative infection was studied in 100 patients with renal transplantation.Results:80% patients had multiple infections to various degree after renal transplantation.137 strains of bacteria(28 species) were detected. Fungus, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella spp were the major pathogens. Immunosuppressants,hormones, repeated intervened operations, surgery injuries, irrational application of antibiotics were the major causes of postoperative infection and death. Conclusions:Synthetical prevention and proper prescription of antibiotics are important in assuring success of renal transplantation.
