摘要
目的 回顾分析脑星形细胞瘤术后放疗的疗效。方法 对 1996～ 1999年 94例脑星形细胞瘤术后患者采用Kaplan -Meier法、log-rank检验和Cox多因素回归分析法探讨影响术后放疗疗效的预后因素。结果 生存率随病理分级的增高而减低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,肿瘤部分切除者生存率明显低于肿瘤全切者 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,照射剂量小于 5 0Gy者生存率明显低于大于 5 0Gy者 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 年龄、照射剂量、病理学分级、肿瘤切除范围、Karnofsky评分是影响生存率的主要因素 ;性别对预后无明显影响。
Objective:The prognostic factors of postoperative radiotherapy for brain astrocytoma were retrospectively reviewed.Methods:Ninety-four patients with brain astrocytoma were treated by radiotherapy after operation from 1996 through 1999. Kaplan-Meier method and Cox regression model were used to evaluate the prognostic factors.Results:The survival rates were gradually decreased from pathological grade's increase(P<0.05). The survival rates in the part resection were markly decreased compared with those of completely resection (P<0.05). Patients received radiation dose of <50Gy gave a poorer survival than those of>50Gy(P<0.01).Conclusions:Age, radiation dose, pathological grade, extent of resection in surgery, Kamofsky' s mark are the main prognositic factors. The sex and interval between operation and radiotherapy had no significant effect of the prognosis.
