摘要
BSBR是将SBR法和接触氧化法相结合的一种新型生物膜法处理工艺 ,它集SBR与接触氧化法两者优点于一身 ,对废水有较好的处理效果。以BOD5、NH3-N为指标 ,以曝气时间和pH值为变量 ,确定BSBR工艺处理生活污水的最佳曝气时间为4h ,最佳pH值为7.5。实验结果显示 ,在最佳运行条件下 ,4hBOD5去除率达66.09 %,NH3-N的去除率达36.43 %,去除NH3-N的能力明显优于生物接触氧化法 ,出水的各项指标达到GB8978 -1996的排放要求 ,为高效、低耗处理生活污水提供了新的途径。
BSBR(Biomembrane Sequence Batch Reactor)is a new kind of wastewater treatment process.Recent study showed that BSBR takes advantages of both biological contact oxidation pro-cess and SBR.Consequently this process is more effective to treat wastewater.This paper puts for-ward an idea to determine the best aeration time and the best value of pH according to the BOD 5 removal and NH 3 -N removal.The experiment results indicated that the best aeration time is4hours and the best value of pH is7.5.BOD 5 removal is up to66.09%,NH 3 -N removal up to36.43%.NH 3 -N removal of he BSBR is much higher than that of the biological contact oxidiza-tion process.All indexs of effluent reachered the discharged standard of GB8978-1996.So a new way for treatment of domestic sewage with high-efficiency and low-cost is supplied.
