消化系统恶性肿瘤164例骨显像分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨消化系统恶性肿瘤骨转移的几率和转移灶的分布特点。方法 对 164例消化系统恶性肿瘤99mTc MDP全身骨显像进行回顾性分析。结果 消化系统恶性肿瘤的骨转移率为 5 8 5 % ,其中食管癌的骨转移率最高 ,达72 5 % ,其次为胃癌 ( 5 8 0 % )、大肠癌 ( 5 2 3 % )、肝癌 ( 5 5 0 % )、小肠癌 ( 5 0 0 % )和胰腺癌 ( 5 0 0 % )。转移灶分布以胸部(尤以肋骨 )最常见 ,为 63 6% ,其次为脊柱 ( 5 8 9% )、骨盆 ( 3 3 6% )、四肢 ( 18 7% )和颅骨 ( 12 1% )。结论 消化系统恶性肿瘤患者早期或定期进行骨显像是必要的 ,对伴有骨痛的患者尤为必要。
