摘要
[目的 ]了解急性冠脉综合征 (ACS)病人的应对方式及其影响因素。[方法 ]采用基本情况调查表及医学应对方式问卷 ,对 173例ACS病人进行调查。 [结果 ]ACS病人比全国常模更少使用屈服应对方式 ,且性别、年龄、文化程度、性格类型、医疗费用支付方式及疾病状况对ACS病人的应对方式有影响 (P <0 .0 0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。 [结论
Objective: to find out the coping mode and its influencing factors of patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Method: a total of 173 cases of ACS were investigated by filling out basic status surveying form and medical coping mode questionnaire. Results: ACS patients applied the yielding coping mode less than the nationwide common model applied. ACS patients of different sex, age, education level, character type, paying pattern of medical expenses, and the illness conditions had different coping modes (P<0.001 or P<0.05). Conclusion: ACS patients with different basic conditions should apply different coping mode.
