摘要
介绍了叶轮偏心引起的气流激振的机理和Alford力的计算公式 ,利用BLakshminarayana公式推导一个包括叶栅参数和流动参数的效率系数 β的新计算公式 ,并进行了验证 ,该计算结果与现有的理论与实验数据一致 ,为提高转子系统的稳定性分析提供了理论依据。
The mechanism of gas exciting for wheel eccentricity and calculation method of Alford's force were introduced. A new formulation was derived considering the parameter of blade and flowing and was validated. The calculation results is consistent with existent theory and experimental conclusion. The physical meaning range of numerical value about efficiency factor were discussed. It get rid of the difficult of selecting efficiency factor in Alford's formulation and have laid a theoretical foundation for the stability analysis to increase turbine rotor.
