The structure and application of the hot blast cupola of multipass exchanger in chimney has been in-troduced.The rate melt is2.5tons per hour.The range of the hot-blast temperature is400～450℃.The temperature of iron liquid can be stabilized at1500℃.The ratio of iron to coke is8～10.
