摘要
在柑桔生理分化期前喷布200ppm的BA,能极显著地抑制花芽分化和增加内源GAs、ZR的含量,但减少了ABA的含量;而在形态分化开始后喷布,则极显著地促进花器发育和增加次年花量。
This research was done with four groups of citrus trees. 4-year old Jincheng' ornage ( Citrus sinenis Osbeck. ) and 'Clementine' mandarin (C. reticulata Blanco.) trees in the field; 3-year old 'Jincheng' orange and 'Wilking' mandarin (C. reticulata Blanco.) trees in the pots. The rootstock used was trifoliata orange ( Poncirus trifoliata Raf. ) 200 ppm BA were sprayed 3 times in a month from July to December respectively. The effects of spraying BA on the flower number in the early-autumn branches in next spring were observed and the contents of endogenous GA_S, ZT, IAA and ABA in the early-autumn branches were analyzed. The results indicated that spraying citrus trees with 200 ppm BA during or just before flower bud initiation period obviously inhibited flower bud differentiation greatly increased the contents of endogenous GAs and ZT and reduced the contents of endogenous ABA in the branches. Spraying BA after tha beginning of flower bud morphological differentiation would promote the development of flower organs and increase the number of flower in next year.
