摘要 通过离子色谱和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱技术联用 ,可以快速分离和检测四价钒和五价钒的 EDTA络合物。此方法基本没有干扰 ,线性范围宽。对四价和五价钒的检测限分别是 2 0 μg/L和 5 0 μg/L。如果使用超声雾化器 ,这二种价态的钒的检测限可达 2 μg/L。该方法已经成功应用于工业含钒废水中二种价态钒元素的定量检测。 A hyphenated method for chromatographic separation and simultaneous ICP-OES determination of V(IV) and V(V) in the form of EDTA complexes has been developed. This method is almost interference-free and has a wide linear range. The detection limits for V(IV) and V(V) were 20μg/L and 50μg/L,respectively,using a V-groove nebulizer. The use of ultrasonic nebulizer can reduce the detection limit to 2μg/L for both species. This method has been applied successfully to the analysis of industrial samples containing vanadium in the two oxidation states.
