西瓜冷害与贮藏温度和贮藏期的关系 被引量:14

摘要 从贮藏温度和贮藏期两个方面探讨了西瓜冷害的发生情况以及冷害症状与呼吸强度变化的关系。结果表明,西瓜‘丰收2号’品种在14、16和20℃贮藏一个月,无冷害发生;12℃贮藏5-10天,0-10℃贮藏5-6天无冷害或只有轻微的冷害,以后随贮期延长冷害加重。在冷害症状出现之前,升温到20℃后呼吸强度即表现出异常升高。随着贮藏温度的提高腐烂明显增加。 The occurence and symptoms of chilling injury, and the changes of respiratory rate in watermelon cv. Feng Shou No.2 were studied under various conditions of storage temperature and duration. The results indicated that no symptom of chilling injury appeared in the fruit stored at 14℃ and above for one month. In the watermelon stored at 12℃ for 5-10 days or that at 0-10℃ for 5-6 days, not or slightly did chilling injury occur, but increased with extension of storage period. The respiratory rate was increased rapidly when the watermelon fruits stored at low temperature were removed to 20℃ before or at the appea-rence of chilling injury symptoms.
