摘要
本文描述用激光共振电离—飞行时间质谱技术进行Ru原子自电离态的测量及其高灵敏分析。观测到Ru原子两条新的强共振、窄线宽(~1.6cm^(-1))的自电离态,位于第一电离阈上方~160cm^(-1)处。利用其中的一条激发谱线最强的自电离态进行溶液样品中痕量Ru的高灵敏分析,获得检测限为0.05ppb(5×10^(-11))。该结果比用非共振光电离方法,灵敏度提高20倍。
We report the first work in measuring the autoinization states of Ru atom and applying them to ultratrace analysis.The method we used is the RIS-TOF spectrometry. Two strong and narrow resonance excitation lines to autoioniza-tion states of Ru atom were found, which lie about 160cm-1 above the first ionization limit. The measurement of Ru's concentration in solution samples is described. The direct detection limit of Ru is 0.05ppb(5×10-11)by exciting the atoms to one of the autoionization states. This result is 20 times better than that by nonresonance photoionization scheme.
