摘要
国际政治经济学是一门新兴的交叉学科 ,是研究国际关系中政治经济互动机制的学问。其研究对象是以WTO、IMF为核心的国际经济金融贸易体制。其理论来源有二 ,一是传统的政治经济学 ;二是国际关系学。对国际关系中政治经济互动机制的表现形式和一般规律的研究是国际政治经济学的核心。不仅要根据马克思主义政治经济学中关于经济基础决定上层建筑 ,上层建筑又反作用于经济基础的基本原理来分析国际关系 ,而且更要从西方国际政治经济学界丰富的学术成果中汲取理论营养 ,对国际关系中政治与经济相互渗透相互作用的互动机制作出与时俱进的解释和理论创新。
International political economics is a new and advanced branch of science which began to thrive in the late 1970s. Starting from 1985, institutions of higher learning in such countries as the United States, Britain, Germany, France and Japan began to cooperate in the publication of “Almanac of International Political Economics”. In China, the probe into the teaching and research of international political economics began in the late 1980s, but has witnessed rapid development. We may well say that the discipline of international political economics, its theoretical source, and the mechanism of the interaction of politics and economy in international relations, are still being explored. This paper aims to make some comments on these issues.
