摘要
文章考察我国现行人大“个案监督”制度的现状,剖析学界关于“个案监督”的正反两方面的主要看法,并在此基础上发表了自己的观点。
The paper surveys the present situation in “individual case supervision”as conducted by local People′s Congress and discusses opposing views on the issue. Then it puts forward its own comments.
