摘要
基于对预测科学的发展和现状的概要性评述,本文分析了预测过程的半结构化特征,从而阐明了开发FSS的必要性。同时,结合希腊1989年开发的一个中长期预测支持系统,讨论了在开发FSS时应注意的一些重要问题。
Based on an outline review on the histori-cal development and present situation of forecasting, the. semi-structured characteristics in forecasting processes are analyzed and then the necessities for developing FSS (Forecasting Support System) are clarified in this paper. Meanwhile, some important problems needing attention in developing FSS are discussed.
