摘要
本文用高温加速的方法研究热氧老化对丁羟基复合固体推进剂交联度、相对交联度和凝胶百分数的影响。交联度由溶胀压缩方法测量,用作者推出的复合材料基体交联度的计算公式计算。相对交联度和凝胶百分数由称重法测出。试验结果表明三者表征的老化规律是相似的。材料的松驰模量可以表示为交联度的线性函数。
The influence of thermal ageing on the crosslink density, relative number of crosslinking bonds (RNB) and percent gel are studied by high temperature accelerated ageing tests. The crosslink density is measured by swelling-compressing method and is calculated by the formula derived from the three phase sphere model which is used in the mechanics of composite materials. The relative number of crosslink bonds and percent gel are measured by swelling-weighting method. The experimental results show that the general trends of these three parameters with time are similar. The relaxation modulus of the material can be taken as a linear function of cross linking density.
