摘要
航空航天和国民经济其它部门迫切需要高性能胶粘剂。选择双马来酰亚胺作为研究对象,运用计算机辅助二次回归正交设计的方法进行配方优化实验,优选出一种性能优异的耐热胶粘剂,该胶粘剂室温、200℃、250℃、300℃的拉剪强度分别为18.9MPa、23.6MPa、21.9MPa和14.9MPa,水煮80h后的拉剪强度保持率为103%。
It is an urgent need of aeronautical industry to develop high performance adhesives.This paper studied bismaleimide adhesives by using a computer-aided quadratic regression orthogonal combination formulation optimization design method.An optimum adhesive formulation with excellent high temperature performance was obtained.Its shear strength by tension loading was 18.9 MPa at room temperature,23.6 MPa at 200℃,21.9 MPa at 250℃,and 14.9 MPa at 300℃.After 80 h water boiling test,the residual percentage of shear strength was 103%.
