摘要
本文采用慢应变速率试验方法研究预浸充氢和阴极充氢对时效及形变时效状态2091合金断裂延伸率和塑性损失率的影响。结果表明,时效状态、特别是形变时效状态合金具有明显的氢脆敏感性。这种敏感性与预浸介质,时效,预形变方式和形变量有关。文中还对氢脆在应力腐蚀开裂中的作用进行了讨论。
The effects of pre-immersion charging with hydrogen and cathdical charging with hydrogen on the fracture elongation and plasticity loss of 2091 alloy in aging state and deformation-aging state have been studied by means of slow strain rate method.Results show that the alloy in aging state,especially in deformation-aging state,is apparently susceptible to hydrogen embritllement.This susceptibility is related to pre-immersion medium,aging,pre-deformation mode and deformation degree.The role of hydrogen embrittlement in stress corrosion cracking has also been discussed.
