摘要
认证是行政诉讼的重要环节 ,研究行政诉讼的认证问题 ,必须明确认证的主体、对象 ,把握认证的内容 ,并且 ,应当根据案件的具体情况 ,从关联性、合法性和真实性等方面对证据进行审查 。
attestation system is important content of administration lawsuit court judgment reformation. We must know attestation subject, object and understand attestation content for researching attestation problem of administration lawsuit. According to connection, reality, lawfulness, checking evidence so that choice which evidence could be used to be the judgment evidence.
