摘要
边疆民族地区在现代化进程迅速推进的过程中,必须加强政治文明建设。政治文明建设的滞后必然会对该地区的发展产生影响。但是,边疆民族地区的政治文明建设面临着特殊的环境条件:一是在历史上的政治发展程度低;二是现实的政治关系复杂;三是政治文明建设的基础薄弱。政治文明建设面临着一些特殊的问题。因此,只有从实际出发,边疆民族地区的政治文明建设才能取得应有的成效。
The construction of political civilization must be strengthened during the course of modernization in ethnic frontier regions. Failuve in this respect wil exert negative influences on the development of these regions. However, it is in these regions that the construction of political civilization faces special difficulties. Historically, politics enjoyed slow development, while at present, political relations become complex. All these have posed great difficulties to the construction of political civilization.
