摘要
通过对党的十六大报告提出的全面建设小康社会目标的分析 ,在可持续发展战略思维下 ,着重从我国经济建设的机遇与挑战、促进我国综合国力的提高、全面实现小康社会 ,进而实现现代化的进程和可持续发展的原则等四个方面对建设事业科技进步进行了全面分析。最后 ,从城镇规划、城市地下空间的开发与利用、建筑节能、建筑业信息化、防灾减灾、绿色建材、技术标准和政策研究等八个方面的立法建设、政策研究和关键技术的研发提出了意见和建议。
The paper analyzed the advances in science and technology of construction cause in China from four aspects: 1) challenges and opportunities the Chinese economy development is facing; 2) to increase the overall strength; 3) to build up fully well-off society and realize the modernization; and 4) to aim at sustainable development. It also made some comments and suggestions on regulation, policy and technology from eight aspects: 1) city/town planning; 2) utilization of urban underground space; 3) energy efficiency; 4) informationization for building and construction industries; 5) disaster prevention and mitigation; 6) environment-friendly material; 7) technical standard; and 8) policy research.
