摘要
建立了一个快速测定大豆异黄酮含量的方法 ,并用该法测定了来自东北三省的 5 0份大豆材料子粒中的异黄酮含量。该体系的最佳提取条件为 :不脱脂 ,80 %的乙醇浓度 ,不小于 2 0 :1的物料比 (溶剂 :原料 ) ,浸提 1小时 ,浸提温度不超过 5 0℃。东北三省的 5 0份大豆材料异黄酮含量的平均数为 0 .2 85 % ,品种间变异幅度为 0 .194 % - 0 .4 0 8% ,主要分布于 0 .2 35 %到 0 .2 95 %之间 ,其品种数占全部品种数的 5 6 %。
A fast method for determining isoflavone content in soybean seed was established and 50 soybean varieties from northeast China were measured by the new method. The optimum condition of the system include 80% of alcohol density,no less than 20:1 ratio of solute to impregnant,1hr of time , no more than 50℃. By analysis of the isoflavone content of 50 varieties,the average of the isoflavone content was 0.285% ,the variance range from 0.194% to 0.408%,56% of all varieties distributed from 0.235% to 0.295% .
