2003年我国经济仍保持快速增长的势头,前三季度GDP增速达8.5%。从各种经济活动的内在发展趋势看,目前我国经济似已开始进入新一轮快速增长周期。要保持经济快速发展的良好势头,必须实现国民经济全面、协调、均衡发展,消除宏观经济结构中的不均衡现象。
The year 2003 saw a continued fast growing momentum in China's economy, with an increase in her GDP for the first three quarters reaching 8.5%. The inherent development trend of various economic activities indicates that the country's economy has phased into a new cycle of fast development. To maintain this, the national economy must be kept in a comprehensive equilibrious harmony and all the macroeconomic disequilibrium be removed.
