摘要
竹红菌素是在我国首次发现,并用于临床的一种新的光敏色素,可作为光动力治疗药物,对于许多皮肤病有显著疗效。最近还发现,竹红菌素能选择性地富集于某些肿瘤细胞,并有效地抑制其生长。
In this paper, three main prducts from the reaction of Hypocrellin B and eth-
anolamine were isolated and identified by the spectral data of IR、UV、~1H NMR、MS Their
relative rate of photooxidation on anthracene and self-sensitized photooxidation were mea-
sured. Meanwhile, a phausible mechanism of the reaction was proposed.
